Nice place to stay. About 2.3 miles from the centro histórico. The room was clean and Maria the housekeeper as well as Pedro were very accomodating and friendly.
Outstanding location, great price, superb customer service. It is hard nowdays to find those 3 together. On top of that I was amazed by the cleanliness of the place. Thank you Michel and Maria. You made my trip even better.
I went to Cancun and I lost my passport so I had to go to Merida to get one right away and Thanks god I found this little hotel. It was right next to the USA consulate and one street far away from the nicest avenue in the city. Maria and Michel were very friendly and I truly enjoyed my stay over there. I think I will go back to Merida and I will stay there.
Our family of four felt safe and welcome at Downtown Hotel. Our hostess Maria went far beyond expectations to make us comfortable, making special food for the baby, bringing extra towels, and even washing our personal dishes. COVID precautions were followed (masks, hand gel, cleaned surfaces, etc). The hammock in the room and free use of the refrigerator were nice touches. Recommended hotel for a quiet, comfortable stay in Merida.
First time booking at this hotel and I highly recommend. Staff is very friendly and we communicate through WhatsApp and easy all around. They have breakfast in morning from 8-10 and they have AC in all rooms which is needed for this hot weather here in Merida .
Rooms ware okay, breakfast is a la carte and tasty. Unfortunately the portions are quite tiny and only one drink is included so decide wisely if you want coffee or juice
Beautiful facility close to stores an Markets. Canopy of trees blossoming awaiting spring. Laundry less than Blick away along with 7 eleven too. Get your pesos close by. Best, only a few minutes by Uber. Beautiful Airport! The Oceans a half hour away. Clean rooms, beautifully decorated.
WOW! This is an absolutely wonderful BnB, spotless clean room was very spacious with an equally spacious private bathroom. Check in was super easy even though we arrived late. Perfectly located a block away from Paseo Montejo and near by bars and restaurants you can walk to. Delicious breakfast and available bikes to use were a plus! Michel and Maria are hands down the best hosts they were always available and provided excellent recommendations for places to go and things to do in Merida. I will definitely stay here next time!
